Jennifer Garner born on April 17, 1972 in Houston, Texas, although she was raised in West Virginia, by her mother Patricia Ann (English), a retired schoolteacher and William John Garner, a former chemical engineer. Jennifer Garner is the middle of three girls and spent nine years of her childhood studying ballet.
Upon enrolling in Denison University she was a chemistry major, but once she realized that her love of the stage was greater, she became a drama major.
New York was the calling for Garner after graduation; she worked as a hostess, while she was working on a career in film and television.
The role, in which she earned four continuous years of Emmy nominations for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama series, was Agent Sydney Bristow in Alias (2001).
On the silver screen she has been in Elektra (2005) and 13 Going on 30 (2004).
Garner has appeared in the other box office successes including the biographical drama Dallas Buyers Club (2013), the comedy film Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day (2014), the drama film Miracles from Heaven (2016), and the romantic comedy-drama film Love, Simon (2018).
She is also known as the spokesperson for the credit card Capital One.
