7. Owen Wilson
The middle child of three boys, Owen Wilson was born on November 18, 1986, in Dallas, Texas to his parents Laura (Cunningham), who was a photographer, and Robert Andrew Wilson, an advertising executive. His older brother is Andrew Wilson, and his younger brother is actor Luke Wilson.
After expulsion from St Mark’s School of Texas his sophomore year, he finished the year at Thomas Jefferson School. The next he year he went to a military academy in New Mexico.
While a student at the University of Texas at Austin, he met his future mentor and his friend Wes Anderson. The two of them wrote their screenplay Bottle Rocket (1996), and they received $5 million to make this into a motion picture.
He is known for his work in The Cable Guy (1996), Meet The Parents (2000) and Behind Enemy Lines (2001). Wilson partnered with Vince Vaughn in the comedy film Wedding Crashers (2005).
Wilson starred with Ben Stiller in 12 films, most recently Little Fockers (2010), Night at the Museum: Secret of the Tomb (2014) and Zoolander 2 (2016).
Owen Wilson is the voice of Lightning McQueen in the Cars (2006 debut) franchise.
