10. The Beatles – Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band
Really, there are so many Beatles albums that could be on this list. Equally good would be Revolver or Abbey Road. The band really branched out on their Sgt. Pepper’s album and the vast array of instruments used make for great sound. Plus, it’s so much easier to appreciate the artwork on a record cover than on the small insert on a CD.
