Chances Are (1989)
Normally dating your daughter is frowned upon, but when Alex Finch (Robert Downey Jr.) starts remembering his past life, that's what's going on. You see he is killed before she is born and had never met her in his first life. He tries to break up with her as he tries to convince his wife (Cybill Shephard) of who he was (is?) when he realizes he still loves her and their time together is again limited.
