OK, so we don't want her as our mom, but as our bestie's mom, that would totally work. She's fun and reckless and a royal pain in the patootie. What's not to love? Plus, if there was something to screw up, chances are she's done it already and can fix the problem - even if she makes it worse first. But when push comes to shove, she's there.
