When the founder of CatCo is out of the office playing the White House Press Secretary, Kara was content working for her fill-in, James; that is, until Lena comes along and decides to run CatCo her way and change the status quo, putting Kara in a tough spot by potentially mixing business and friendship. But Lena’s involvement in CatCo, and her new way of doing things changed our opinion of her otherwise not-for-the-greater-good intentions.
