10: When Sam becomes Reign in "Reign" (S3E9)
Sam was a character who was pretty new to the show this season. This was the first episode that we see her as Reign, the masked vigilante, and we see the way that she acts when she becomes Reign. This moment made the list because we saw a completely new side to Sam’s character, and we saw that she could really cause harm to people in a way we never imagined.
