1: When Alex, Lena and Kara help Sam deflect her Reign powers in "Trinity" (S3E17)
This episode was action packed, producing some of the best moments this season! But the best moment had to have been when the A-team tried to help Sam be strong and overcome her Reign powers. You can really tell how much all three women care about Sam, showing their compassion by going into a dark forest that would have creeped anyone out! Even though they might not have saved her in this episode, they made progress helping Sam to be stronger than her alter ego.
