9. Red Skull (Captain America: The First Avenger)
I hoped for Red Skull to return to the MCU and he did! He is one of the underappreciated baddies who is one of the only few characters from Marvel who donned the over-the-top comic book style theatrics. Played by Hugo Weaving, Red Skull is the most original Marvel supervillain ever. He is quite a leader who commanded the Hydra-died Nazi division to finish his deadly weapon powered by the Tesseract. His super strength, which he gets from the Super Soldier serum that was given to Cap made him the formidable archenemy of Captain America of all times.
