10. Obadiah Stane (Iron Man)
He is the very first villain of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, in Iron Man. Played by Jeff Bridges, who brings a sort of sycophantic delight in his role that I couldn’t help but enjoy his role on-screen. He absolutely resents Tony and ends up seeing him as everything wrong with the company. Though what Stane did make sense since Tony was indeed jeopardizing the company by declaring that they wouldn’t make weapons anymore, the other factor that governed most of his actions was sheer jealousy.
