12. Kaecilius (Doctor Strange)
A rogue sorcerer, once a student of the Ancient One, Mads Mikkelsen’s Kaecilius was quite intimidating in his own way. However, had there been a backstory to his character and a clear dive into his motivations to go rogue, it would’ve given me as a viewer to rank him a better villain. Though he actually did quite some damage to the Ancient One’s order and managed to decimate two of the Sanctums, there was not much I could do to relate to the character much.
