3. Ultron (Avengers: Age of Ultron)
Ultron, voiced by James Spader was quite right about humanity being a problem to a great extent. I, for a fact, agree with him. He had a real perspective for a robot. Apart from building an army of himself to face the Avengers, Ultron exemplifies his character with wit which none other than James Spader can provide. He was indeed quite better than his creator… or his father Tony Stark when it comes to playing with words. With brains from Stark, Banner and JARVIS, Ultron did bring absolute terror with a near-endless supply of robots and a design and plan that drove every comic geek crazy.
