5. Mean Girls (Musical)
Mean Girls is a cult classic for millennials. So the obvious next step was to adapt it for the stage. Following Cady Heron, who grew up in the African Savanna, on her journey into public school, she meets people that will change her world forever. Cady’s goal is to end the reign of the High School Queen Bee, Regina George, but our heroine will learn that changing the way that the high school clique system works is no easy task. Currently running at the August Wilson Theatre, the show started with an official opening on April 8, 2018.
