Born in Nelsonville, Ohio on March 25, 1965, Parker is best known for her original role as Carrie Bradshaw in Sex and the City.
The show ran from 1999 to 2004 and is known as a timeless classic with Carrie, Samantha, Charlotte and Miranda undertaking risque adventures.
She also starred as Carrie in the movies, and she has also been other films, such as The Family Stone in 2005 and Smart People in 2008. Recently she has been involved in the TV drama Divorce (2016 to 2018) as Frances, who is involved in a drawn-out legal battle with her husband Robert (Thomas Haden Church).
