Elena Arzak
Elena Arzak is one of the world’s most noted Spanish chefs. She started working at her family’s famed restaurant Arzak, located in San Sebastian where her father Juan Mari Arzak was the head chef when she was still a child. He sent her to train abroad where she gained more training and practical experience.
The father-daughter team is now the co-head chefs of this three Michelin starred restaurant.
In 2012 she won Restaurant's Veuve Clicquot award for World’s Best Female Chef.
