Christina Tosi is one of the most well-respected pastry chefs in the world. She has earned many prestigious awards including the James Beard Outstanding Pastry Chef award in 2015.
Her Milk Bar has yielded some of the best baked goods that the world has ever known. Her decadent and aptly named Crack Pie is especially delicious, though the Compost Cookie, Cornflake-Chocolate-Chip-Marshmallow Cookie, and Birthday Truffles are also incredibly popular.
Tosi's empire has expanded well beyond New York City with new locations popping up globally for the Momofuku restaurant group. She is author two popular cookbooks titled Momofuku Milk Bar and Milk Bar Life.
She is a pleasant fixture on MasterChef and MasterChef Junior which is now airing on Fox. It has been announced that Christina Tosi will be the only woman chef featured on season 3 of Chef’s Table on Netflix.
