Anita Lo has been a fixture in the American chef and restaurant scene since 2001, when she was named by Food & Wine magazine's “Best New Chefs in America.”

She made her bones in many restaurants in New York where she earned fabulous reviews from restaurant critics.  She is known for Annisa, in New York's Greenwich Village which sadly closed on May 27, 2017 reportedly due to high property taxes.

Lo also kicked Mario Batali’s butt on season one of Iron Chef America in “Battle Mushroom.”

In 2015, Lo was the first female chef invited to cook for a State Dinner at the White House. She is a common fixture on the Food Network and we expect to see more of her again soon.
