5. Jamie taking Laoghaire's punishment
Early in the series, we see Jamie protect the honor of Mrs. Fitz' granddaughter, Laoghaire, he stepped up and took a beating until blood was drawn just to protect her reputation. We know that Laoghaire already loved him, but in that action, so did we.
