This storm impacted American's from Washington D.C. to Boston back in 2003. The blizzard lasted for five days and racked up $20 million in damages. This President's Day storm featured 15 to 30 inches of snowfall on the ground. Those on the east coast are no strangers to digging themselves out of a snowstorm but even this seemed to be a different level of extreme.
