Reese Witherspoon: 10 of her best movies of all time

1. Walk the Line - 2005

Witherspoon received acclamation for her portrayal of June Carter in 2005’s biographical drama film, Walk the Line. The film, which also starred Joaquin Phoenix, who played Johnny Cash, and Ginnifer Goodwin as Vivian Cash, received positive reviews and was a box office hit.

Reese almost backed out of the film when she learned that she would be performing in front of a live audience. Staying on board, she spent six months learning to sing for her role.

Witherspoon went on to receive an Oscar, Golden Globe, Screen Actors Guild Award, and BAFTA award for Best Actress for this performance.
