3. Up in the Air (March 1)
One of the more underrated and unseen movies of the past ten years, Up in the Air is a simultaneously hilarious and heartbreaking story about a guy who likes to fly a lot. No really, that’s the plot — George Clooney spends lots of times in airports (and no, this isn’t The Terminal). Of course, the movie is actually a character study of him shutting himself off to the world and the flying is just a metaphor, which is told incredibly by director Jason Reitman. Having Anna Kendrick in there doesn’t help either.
