4. Goku has the respect Beerus

As a character, Goku has always had this unique ability to win people over—even the evilest and powerful of beings.

Vegeta, Piccolo, Tien, Android 17 and 18 were all adversaries of Goku at one point in time, but now they’re his comrades, fighting for the universe and they have the utmost respect for him.

And after this episode, you can add Beerus to the list. As Goku was backed against the wall, Universe 7 fighters were panicking on the sidelines, but Beerus calmly told them to ‘shut up and watch’.
