3. The Road to Galveston
This 1996 TV movie stars Tyson as Jordan Roosevelt, a lonely and depressed woman who decides to join a program where people help to take care of Alzheimer’s sufferers. While taking care of three women in her home, Jordan realizes that she wants to take a road trip to Galveston, Texas. The film is actually loosely based on a true story about a woman named Peggy Lee. Penny Johnson and James McDaniel starred with Tyson in the film.
