3. Up (2009)
Yeah, sure, 95 percent of Pixar’s Up is really upbeat and fun, but the first five minutes?? That straight up wrecked us. Seriously, challenge anyone to watch those opening scenes without tearing up. If they’re able to do it, it’s only because they’re dead inside.
