2. Naomie Harris
Harris’s biggest role came when she starred Paula in the critically acclaimed film Moonlight (2016). As the drug-addicted mother, she was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress, Screen Actors Guild Award for Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Supporting Role and a Golden Globe Award for Best Supporting Actress.
She also portrayed Winnie Mandela in the biopic Mandela: Long Walk to Freedom where she appeared with co-star Idris Elba. Harris has also voiced video games (Fable III and 007 Legends), worked in theatre (The Witch of Edmonton and Frankenstein), she’s been in television since 1988 with Simon and the Witch, and she’s been in film since 2001 when she played a receptionist in Crust.
