2. Get Out
Many people would likely put Get Out as their number one horror film of the year, or even number one film in general of the year. We totally get it and we’re not going to argue because Get Out is an utterly fantastic movie. Jordan Peele (of all people) knows how to tell a story — one with ample social commentary and plenty of scares. Get Out is one of the more relevant horror films in recent memory, and we’ll hopefully be talking about this one for years to come.
