4. Fargo (2017)
Acting in FX’s series Fargo seems like a daunting enough challenge as it is — as actors have to don the Minnesotan accent and all — but Ewan McGregor goes above and beyond by playing not one, but TWO characters in the show’s third season. Portraying a pair of twins — Emmit and Ray Stussy — who act in radically different ways, McGregor pulls it off to where each character feels like their own person and you forget that it’s him playing both of them.
