1. B.J. Blazkowicz is important to him.
Bloom has voiced William ‘B.J.’ Blazkowicz in several of the Wolfenstein games (Wolfenstein II, Wolfenstein: The Old Blood and Wolfenstein: The New Order), and has voiced his affection for his character on my occasions. In fact, he went so far as to say that Blazkowicz is one of his favorite roles while doing an interview for Wolfenstein II. “But it was exciting to see what looked like five minute scenes where characters had real motivations, real intentions, real lives, backstory, and just to be a part of taking a shot at developing that guy,” he told PC Games N. “A hero like this, it’s so easy for him to be 2D. This is my favorite role I’ve ever played.”
We’ll have to wait until Dec. 7 to see if Brian Bloom takes home Best Performance at The Game Awards.
