The Ginger Snap courtesy of Circa 1886 Restaurant in Charleston, SC

Ingredients:
2 oz Bristow Gin
1 oz SNAP Gingersnap Liqueur
1 oz Tuaca Orange-flavored liqueur
a splash Orange Bitters
4 oz Housemade ginger beer
Method:
Mix together the gin, Tuaca, snap, and orange bitters. Pour mixture over ice and top with ginger beer and an orange twist.
