7. The Florida Project — Oct. 5, Limited
Another trailer in which we don’t know all that much about the film, The Florida Project still looks like something special. From director Sean Baker (Tangerine) comes a personal tale that, remarkably, mainly stars a group of non-actors. Willem Dafoe is in there too, and looks to be the heart and soul of the movie. Again, nothing much has been revealed about the film, but considering the two-minute trailer already made us want to cry, we’re bringing tissues into the theater with us on this one.
