J. D. Martinez - Arizona Diamondbacks
Martinez is one of 18 players in MLB history to hit four home runs in a single game. He was traded from the Houston Astros, where he began his career, July 18, 2017. Not only did the trade get him into post season, but also earned him the honor becoming the fifth player to reach 40 home runs while playing for two different teams in one season. He was September's NL Player of the Month.
