Zelda Perkins

Zelda Perkins was a former assistant to Harvey Weinstein, having worked for him during his tenure running Miramax Films. Perkins was the first former staff member to come forward and denounce a NDA (non-disclosure agreement). She says that she was repeatedly assaulted by Weinstein and eventually decided to quit when an unnamed colleague told her that Weinstein was also assaulting her. “I want to publicly break my non-disclosure agreement,” Perkins said to Financial Times. “Unless somebody does this there won’t be a debate about how egregious these agreements are and the amount of duress that victims are put under.”
