HR reluctantly tells Tracy they have to put her in danger again and take her to where Cecile is. Killer Frost taunts Barry, telling him she knows what he will say and do thanks to Savitar. Before she can harm him further, Cisco stops her. Savitar appears to take Caitlin away.
