8. Stakeout
After HR goes to talk to Tracy to learn about her theory about speedsters and the speed force, Killer Frost arrives to try and take her out. Vibe and The Flash work to stop her, but Cisco freezes before he can do anything. Julian tries to confront him throughout the episode to find out why Cisco didn’t take a shot when he could have.
