As Tracy is telling HR her theory on Savitar needing his suit to protect him from the power and speed of his lightning, Joe finds Cecile to tell her about his fears before deciding to get back together and tell her about Barry and Wally being speedsters. After talking to Iris and Barry about love, the latter begins having flashbacks and realizes who Savitar is.
