Theodore "T-Bag" Bagwell
This man is mesmerizing, but not in like a dreamy, good looking way but more of just him as a character himself. He is nasty and one of the worst villains of them all but at the same time you kind of can't help but feel bad for him because he has so much depth and tragedy to his life. BUT, in season 5 he comes back as a good guy, helping Tancredi find out who is after Scofield - mind blowing.
