Harry makes an appearance at the end of the episode after having disappeared for two days. But as they are reuniting, Caitlin suddenly begins to convulse and is having complications. As she dies, Cisco reluctantly prevents Julian from taking off the necklace, knowing she wouldn’t want to. But unwilling to lose her, Julian removes it after she dies, unleashing Killer Frost.
