10. Cognitive interview
Tara hears from Emily and Stephen that Mr. Scratch was spotted in Latin America. They feel this could mean he was likely in Mexico at some point. Emily wants to do a cognitive interview on Reid to see if he can get his memory back to place Scratch at the scene. If they can do that, then he is on the terror watch list.
