When their fifth victim is brought to the hospital, the team realizes that instead of being injected in the back, he ate the poison in his lunch. His wife was the one who made it so they go and search the house, finding evidence of radiation everywhere. Sara McLean, the wife, is the one who has been poisoning people so that it wouldn’t lead back to her once she got her true target. The team manages to find her, but Tara, JJ and Emily are unable to take a shot when she holds a victim hostage. Before the girl can be hurt, Rossi shoots Sara from behind. Of the intended victims, her husband is the one who survives.
