2. The Suicide
Violence is abundant in this series. People get abused emotionally and physically the entire time. Sexual assault is shown in realistic detail, however when it comes time to see what happens to Hannah, the viewer almost thinks that they will be told what happens, but not shown it. Instead, the folks behind 13RW showed it in vivid, ghastly detail without glamorizing suicide or making it look painless. Hannah Baker is dead and it is a tragedy in every single way.
