5. Graduation Day (Season 3, Episodes 21 and 22)
In the season three finale, the Scoobies are forced to grow up. There are many intense moments including Buffy’s showdown with the evil slayer Faith, Angel forced to drink Buffy’s blood and the senior class of Sunnydale High takes up arms against the evil Mayor Wilkins. Buffy once again saves the day with the help of her friends. And the school is ultimately blown up.
