8. Miranda Bailey
Let's get one thing straight. Season 1 Bailey is LEGENDARY. If only she had maintained her frightening, take-charge attitude. We're happy for her and Ben, but we miss the Bailey that kept her interns in line and scared them straight. We always did know she would be chief.
