4. Stefan Salvatore
Stefan and Elena were the original OTP on TVD. Who can forget that cemetery scene in the pilot? MAGIC! While they may not have worked out, there's no denying how amazing a guy Stefan is (if you forget about ripper Stefan) and we're glad Caroline agrees! Stefan would do absolutely anything for his friends and even more for his brother and now that he's human, his old soul is that much more enchanting. And let's not forget those broody eyes.
