This look is as if a prison jumpsuit somehow made it on the set of Fifty Shades of Grey. This is way too baggy on the singer, who has a very fit body that she should show off. And the jacket is one wind blow away from revealing what's going on "under there." Halsey should have advertised what tape she was using to keep that jacket on just right because that company would make so much money. But, hey, at least her hair and makeup look good!
