4. Train
Joe finds the final potential victim from Flashpoint to let her know a meta is after her. They get on a train to talk not knowing Clive has found a new way to kill them. When Joe sees the bridge they are on is disintegrating, he immediately rings his panic alarm and both Kid Flash and Flash work to save him.
