9. Second victim
When the second victim is found, Barry recognizes his name as being a cop in Flashpoint. He then recognizes a photo of the first victim and realizes he, too, was a cop and that the metahuman is going after cops from Flashpoint. He worries about Joe, who is planning on getting coffee with his new girlfriend and her daughter.
