5. Make it fun
If you’ve been putting off fitness because the idea of exercising drops a great big ball of dread in your stomach, find a new approach. You’re never going to stay fit if you hate doing it. If you hate every routine you’ve tried before, it’s time to try a new work out. You may find out you love to kickbox, dance, or play in team sports. There’s so many different forms of exercise that there’s no way you can hate them all.
