1. Don't feel guilty over the occasional cheat day
Don’t be too hard on yourself with your new lifestyle. Chocolate is too good to give up forever. So don’t feel guilty if you cheat a little bit here and there and eat the occasional treat. If you don’t ever cheat you may start to feel bitter towards your new lifestyle which could result in a full on binge of unhealthy eating. Just don’t go too crazy or you’ll lose all the hard work you’ve done so far.
