Studies have shown that being creative can not only reduce stress, but anxiety as well! Creativity is a process that uses all sides of the brain, so it doesn’t matter if you are a natural left brain or right brain thinker, anyone can be creative. Get involved in a dance class, start a journal or finger paint a masterpiece. Getting those creative juices flowing will kill all that stress you’ve been feeling.
