Kristen Stewart has given her thoughts about President Donald Trump and claimed that he was "really obsessed" with her a few years back.
During an interview at the 2017 Sundance Film Festival over the weekend the actress, who was making her directorial debut for Come Swim as part of Refinery29’s Shatterbox Anthology, spoke about the new president's previous "obsession" with her.
“He was mad at me a couple years ago, really obsessed with me a couple years ago, which is f**king crazy,” Stewart told Variety not long after Trump was sworn into office. “I can’t even understand it. I literally cannot even understand it. It’s such a far-out concept that I don’t want to believe that actually is happening. It’s insane.”
The 26-year-old was referring to a series of tweets Trump sent out in 2012 in which he was really pushing relationship advice to Robert Pattinson about leaving Stewart.
Robert Pattinson should not take back Kristen Stewart. She cheated on him like a dog & will do it again--just watch. He can do much better!

Lots of response to my Pattinson/Kristen Stewart reunion. She will cheat again--100 certain--am I ever wrong?

Everyone knows I am right that Robert Pattinson should dump Kristen Stewart. In a couple of years, he will thank me. Be smart, Robert.

Stewart was a little surprised back then that Trump was so into her love life, but looking back on it now she thinks it's really something given who he is today.
“At that point [2012], he was just, like, a reality star,” she said. “I had no reference. It wasn’t like really a thing. But in retrospect, somebody reminded me of that and I was like, ‘Oh my gosh, you’re right!’”
Stewart concluded the Trump conversation by muttering, “He’s probably, like, going to tweet about this.”
